Glean – Mentoring Program (Women and Youth)

Description – Considered the flagship program of LOU! A six month commitment is required. Trust, personal growth and relationship building is instilled during the program period and the expectation is for the participant to see improvement, and experience momentum and see realistic goals achieved. The Mentor and Mentee will meet bi-weekly for 90 minutes at a location that is best suited for both of them. The mentee will be required to complete the Glean Handbook, as well as participate in any other program assignments as required.

Program Goals – Upon successful completion our participants will be confident in their personal value, abilities and potential; enthusiastic as they continue to pursue their goals and make an impact on the world around them.

Guide – Mentorship Coaching Program (Women)

Description - Are you passionate about empowering other women and ready to take the next step toward becoming a mentor? This 90-day coaching program is designed for individuals who want to intentionally grow as leaders and mentors for women. Using proven leadership curriculums, you'll gain the tools, insight, and confidence to guide and support others on their journey. Coaching sessions are held bi-weekly and last 90 minutes. Let us help you become the mentor women need!

Program Goals – Equip and empower women to not only grow personally, but have the confidence to impact the lives of others.

Nourish – Retreat

Program Goals - Nourish will provide an opportunity for each participant to receive just what they need… time away. Each attendee can expect to be refreshed, inspired, and challenged during this special time! Participants will enjoy live Biblical teaching, worship, prayer and time connecting with other ladies!

Global Missions

Description – We will partner with local organizations that are coming alongside churches and other organizations to minister and bring aide to local communities. There will always be a variety of areas where we'll have the privilege to serve; i.e. provide rehabilitation and restoration to victims of human trafficking; as well as being the hands and feet of Jesus to families, youth and children. Conduct workshops, participate in local outreaches, and provide materials and lessons that aide in personal and spiritual growth. Financial and material resources will be provided on an as needed basis as we work with individual organizations. Dependent on the country, LOU teams will consist of four (4) to eighteen (18) participants..

Program Goals – Teach and train; participate in outreach ministry and assist with necessary resources for victims of human trafficking.

Connecting Hands - Community Partnerships

Description – Expanding our reach locally. Uniting with organizations that are positively impacting our region and have a shared vision with LOU.

Program Goals - To build LOU’s capacity to serve more people with specific needs in the community by impacting women and youth.
